Returns

If you are not satisfied with your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, we will be glad to process an exchange for you or offer store credit.


To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

***All bodysuits and accessories are final sale and are not eligible for a return due to hygienic reasons.***  

Accessories not eligible for return are:

  • Masks
  • Handbags
  • Jewelry
  • Hats/beanies

To start a return, you can now do a quick and easy RETURN with our returns portal.

If you opt to use our return shipping label, we’ll deduct $4.95 from your refund once it is received and processed by our team. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, then your refund will be given in the form of store credit. Shipping Costs are non-refundable. 

Exchanges:

We offer FREE exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges can be processed using our Returns portal below. Please specify that your order is an EXCHANGE in the notes section to receive free prepaid shipping label. 

If an item is not available in the size requested, we will automatically issue a store credit refund. Store credit is issued via Gift Card and can be used on any future purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. please see list below. 


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
